1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CardAlpha ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at cardalpha.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and users of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CardAlpha is a data analytics and collection management platform for sports card collectors and investors. The Platform provides:

• Market data indicators derived from publicly available sold listing information
• Collection tracking and true cost basis calculation tools
• Buy/sell signal indicators based on algorithmic analysis of market data
• Price guide and comparable sales data
• Community features for sharing market observations

3. Not Investment Advice — Important Disclaimer

All buy/sell signals and indicators are algorithmic data points based on historical market data. Past market performance does not guarantee future results. Sports card values are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose some or all of the money you invest in sports cards.

All acquisition and disposition decisions are made solely by you. CardAlpha bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the Platform.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CardAlpha. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

CardAlpha offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Access begins immediately upon subscription
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Founding Member pricing, where offered, is locked for the life of the subscription as long as it remains active and uninterrupted

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. CardAlpha does not store your payment card information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform data without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any Platform security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in community features
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate market data or community deal feeds
• Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation of any kind

8. Data Accuracy

CardAlpha makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate market data but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Platform. Market data is sourced from third-party platforms and may contain errors or delays. Always verify important information independently before making any financial decision.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — are owned by CardAlpha and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDALPHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CARDALPHA IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered members of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
